What you are paying for
PermitVista compiles building permit records held by Florida city and county building departments and presents them as a single, readable report for one property address. The underlying records are public. What you are paying for is the work of finding the right jurisdiction, pulling the records, checking which permits are still open, and putting it in one document.
Coverage varies by jurisdiction. If we do not cover an address, we tell you before you pay and no charge is made.
Payment and billing
All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record for PermitVista LLC. Paddle will appear on your card or bank statement.
Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location and shown before you confirm payment.
We accept major credit and debit cards. Card details are handled entirely by Paddle — PermitVista does not see or store your card information.
Discounts and promotional codes
From time to time we issue promotional codes through partner publications, industry newsletters and marketing campaigns. Where a valid code is applied at checkout, the amount charged will be lower than the standard price shown above. The discount is displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.
Refunds and cancellation
We offer a 14-day refund window on both one-time reports and subscription payments. If you subscribe and have not used the Membership, you are entitled to a full refund of that billing period.
Memberships can be cancelled at any time and cancellation stops all future charges. Full terms are set out in our Refund Policy.
