What you are paying for
PermitVista compiles building permit records held by Florida city and county building departments and presents them as a single, readable report for one property address. The underlying records are public. What you are paying for is the work of finding the right jurisdiction, pulling the records, checking which permits are still open, and putting it in one document.
Coverage varies by jurisdiction. If we do not cover an address, we tell you before you pay and no charge is made.
Payment and billing
All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Square. Charges appear on your card or bank statement as SQ *PERMITVISTA LLC.
We accept major credit and debit cards. Card details are handled entirely by Square — PermitVista never sees or stores your card number.
Discounts and promotional codes
From time to time we issue promotional codes through partner publications, industry newsletters and marketing campaigns. Where a valid code is applied at checkout, the amount charged will be lower than the standard price shown above. The discount is displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.
Refunds and cancellation
All sales are final. Permit reports are delivered instantly and are non-refundable. You see how many permits exist for an address before you pay, so you never pay for an empty result.
Memberships can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund partial periods.
If you are charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged incorrectly, contact us and we will refund the error in full. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
